We all love pincushions, right? Here's a free Wild Flower tutorial by Anna Maria Horner.

You can have fun with this tutorial and substitute your favorite fabrics. You can also substitute your pincushion stuffing.

What you'll need:

• 1/4 yard multicolor print (pincushion sides, bottom)
• 1/8 yard orange floral (petals)
• 6" square magenta polka dot (center)
• 6" square heavy interfacing
• Polyester fiberfill

I have seen this all over people's flickr favorites. It's beautiful!! I didn't realize how big it was. That is one pincushion you won't knock off the table. : )

I received the pattern for the pincushion caddy from my friend Terri at Terri's Notebook and have yet to make that one. This one is really sweet too! Anna Marie Horner makes the cutest things!

Yes that's the one. Looking forward to starting that one as soon as I get done with this twin quilt!! Can you go look at my quilt on my blog and see what color binding you think I should do? I would be very thankful. It's the multi colored one with a tessellation block theme. I also have pics of it basted. The borders background color is a sapphire blue.

These pincushions look so cute and pretty. It makes more fun to use pretty items like this than the regular ones, don't you agree? I think I want to use this pattern too to make my own flower. I can imagine that these flower gifts uk would be also good birthday presents for other sewing enthusiasts like me! I could make a bunch of them for me and my friends.
