Were either of you able to find this fabric?? I have been searching everywhere too, and all I can find is resellers who charge an arm and a leg per piece. I am a photographer and would like to get several colors of these and can't see paying $18-$25 a piece for them!!

That fabric seems to be a handmade item that is imported from Indonesia. I don't think you will find it in local fabric stores. A less expensive alternative is to buy cheesecloth and dye it. It gets stretchy if you wash it many many times and can be used the same way.

I ordered one from a reseller (on Etsy) and it is definitely a scarf or headwrap, but there was no info on the tag (it had been cut off).
So it is still a mystery... I love it though it is supersoft texture and very stretchy...perfect for newborns and maternity
